Usually, after your order is confirmed, it takes 4 weeks for products in the online Configurator to be manufactured, each order is checked by human. All manufacturing, shipping and delivery dates specified on our website are estimates only and can be subject to change. After your ordered items are made, you will receive a notification of delivery stating, when and where the package (the pallet) is to be received. Our Logistic partner will deliver your order and FENCA certified installer (if service is ordered) will install windows, doors or/and facades for you.
Our usual delivery terms take up to 1 week, depending on the destination location and product specifications.
Unless otherwise is explicitly stated in the order confirmation, prices do not include shipping and delivery costs.
If an order features products with a different production time, the order will be delivered when the product/s with the longest production time are finished and ready to be delivered.
“WindowsArchitects” reserves the right to not deliver ordered products if the Customer wants the products delivered to an address in the region that it is impossible for “WindowsArchitects” to deliver to. We do not have to state the reason why we refused to deliver the products to a specific address, this is determined in “WindowsArchitects” sole discretion.
